These waste bags contain zero plastic, so while it feels and looks like plastic it is made from compostable vegetable extracts. Thick, strong and waterproof but can biodegrade entirely. They are home compostable and, If a bag is inadvertently left in the open environment, it will soon degrade and not pose a risk to wildlife or waterways.
