Delivery
For Courier Deliveries There Is A Maximum Weight Limit Of 25Kg
We Only Deliver Bags Of Horse And Animal Feed Locally In Our Vans.
We will dispatch the items we do have in stock by the next working day, at the latest.
We will email or phone you with a revised despatch date for the other items.
Delivery and prices quoted are for dispatch in the UK mainland only.

Availability of Goods
All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail or phone and will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.
Pricing
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. We reserve the right not to supply goods at the prices shown on this site, should they be in error or corrupted. All prices are in pounds sterling.

Payment security on our website
We use Opayo (formerly SagePay) as our payment solution.
The transaction takes place in an iframe on our site but is handled directly by Opayo, we DO NOT store any of your payment details in our databases.
Your transaction is handled by a secure HTTPS POST from our web server to the Opayo’s servers, followed by a callback. It is arguably the most secure of Opayo’s integration, combining the security of HTTPS POST with other anti-fraud features, ensuring that no tampering has taken place during the transaction¦
Opayo (formerly Sage Pay) are the UK’s leading independant payment service provider .
Opayo’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Opayo is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Opayo are are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
Now that’s pretty secure but, if you’re still not convinced, think about this:
Every time you buy petrol or a meal or pay a bill with your credit card, somebody could copy down the number. Every time you give your card number over the phone, someone could be listening. Think how many people in the world know your card number? Hundreds probably! Why don’t they use that number to order loads of stuff by mail order? Because it would be easy to catch them by looking at the address on the packages and they’d go to jail! Here’s the really good bit, though. You wouldn’t have to pay, even if someone else did use your card fraudulently. So, in fact, a credit card is the safest way of ordering anything mail order, whether by phone, fax or on-line.

Or you may telephone us and make your payment by Debit/Credit Card.
Returns Policy
Foods:
We offer a 28 money-back refund on all foods purchased that are found unfit for use. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
UNWANTED GOODS:
Within 7 days of receipt.
Provided your purchase remains unused and ‘as new’ unopened with all bag or box seals intact we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 5% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and carriage costs. If you prefer to exchange your returned goods for an alternative product to the same or higher value, we may waive the handling charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged, and sent by recorded delivery.
